How we look after your information

  • This form is completed by a parent or guardian. We collect only what we need to welcome your child safely and contact you about this event.
  • Your answers are stored securely and can only be seen by authorised ministry administrators. They are never shared publicly or sold.
  • Your photo/video choice and Parents' Community choice are recorded with the date and the exact wording you agreed to. You can change either choice at any time by contacting us.
  • Registration records are kept only for as long as needed for ministry safeguarding and administration, then securely deleted. You may ask us to see, correct or delete your family's information.
